The unique shape gives athletes a demanding grip challenge that feels different from traditional holds.
The Bell features a 3" x 5" grip surface at the bottom that tapers to a 1.5" x 5" surface at the top. At 9" tall, its large profile creates plenty of room to adjust your hand position as you train. A grippy texture helps keep you connected, while the flat bottom makes storage easy between sessions. The 3/8" forged eye bolt provides a secure point for hanging.
