Build grip strength with the Cone Grip Trainer. Its tapered shape works well for a wide range of hand sizes and lets athletes adjust the difficulty by changing where they grip along the cone. Start higher on the cone for a more manageable challenge, then work your way down as your grip strength improves.
The Cone Grip Trainer measures 6.5" tall without the bolt, with a 1.5" diameter at the top and 3" diameter at the bottom. A forged 3/8" eye bolt brings the total height to 10" and provides a secure point for hanging.
