Domino Blocks add a fun, dynamic running element to any ninja course. Line several up to create a flowing sequence athletes can sprint, step, or bound across while testing balance, speed, and control.
Each block is padded on all six sides, allowing it to be positioned in multiple orientations to create different heights and difficulty levels. The blocks are wrapped in durable vinyl, while the ends feature hook fasteners that attach securely to carpet bonded foam or accept the included removable pads.
The removable pads can also be used separately as landing targets or stepping stones and include hook-and-loop fasteners for secure placement. For an added challenge, the blocks can be flipped so the vinyl side sits on the floor, creating a more unstable running surface. Each Domino Block includes two matching pads.
