Each balance trainer is designed to challenge stability in a different way by changing how your body reacts to width, height, and movement underfoot.

The Flat provides a low, stable introduction to balance with a consistent 4.75” wide surface just 1.5” off the ground. The Incline and Tilt add progressive instability through rising and angled surfaces that force constant adjustment in foot pressure and body position. The Narrow reduces the platform to just 2” wide, demanding precision and control across a longer, elevated surface.

For more dynamic challenges, the Rocker introduces continuous motion on a curved base that reacts to every shift in weight, while the Half Round combines height and rounded instability to test balance from multiple directions at once.

Customize your setup each day by mixing and matching different styles. Each trainer is available with either hook and loop or rubber padding on the bottom for secure floor grip. Sold individually or in sets of 6 or 12 (with 1 or 2 of each style: Flat, Incline, Tilt, Rocker, Half Round, and Narrow).
