The Ascending Steps are a dynamic progression obstacle designed to challenge balance, precision, and controlled upward movement as athletes navigate changing heights and foot placements. Each step features a padded flat-top trapezoidal design, giving athletes a stable yet responsive surface that reinforces accuracy, control, and confident footwork.
The steps are available in two size options to match different training needs: Small Tops (12" x 9") or Large Tops (14" x 12"). They mount onto durable adjustable stems, offered in two height ranges: a short base adjustable from 11"–15" and a tall base adjustable from 17"–24", allowing coaches to fine-tune difficulty and progression.
The Wooden Ground Plates themselves connect via hook fasteners to Carpet Bonded Foam flooring, providing a stable foundation while keeping the system easy to configure and reconfigure for different training needs.
