The DEMO Spring Step by DGS Ninja adds an unpredictable bounce to balance training, challenging athletes to stay controlled on an unstable landing surface. Whether used as a precision step or incorporated into a larger balance sequence, the Spring Step rewards coordination, body awareness, and confident footwork.
The obstacle features a 12" x 9" padded vinyl step mounted on four heavy-duty springs, creating a responsive platform that compresses and rebounds as athletes land and push off. Every step introduces movement beneath the athlete's feet, requiring quick adjustments to maintain balance before continuing to the next obstacle.
The springs are mounted to a durable 12" x 12" base plate equipped with hook fasteners, allowing the Spring Step to securely attach to Carpet Bonded Foam for fast setup and flexible course design. Use a single Spring Step for targeted balance drills or arrange multiple units to create dynamic stepping patterns and technical balance lines. The DEMO Spring Step is available in blue only.
