The Wing Ding 2.0 features a unique design that allows for quick and effortless swapping of handles and holds. With the included removable cliffhangers and flying squirrel handle, you can challenge yourself with different gripping techniques. The pre-installed T-Nuts provide the freedom to attach additional cliffhangers or rock holds.

The embedded polymer bearing provides a smooth swinging action for seamless transitions. Additionally, the Wing Ding 2.0 offers easy adjustments to the swing arm length or the rotation of the lower assembly by 90 degrees. This flexibility allows you to customize the swing dynamics and orientation to match your training needs. Available in Black with Blue Cliffhangers.
