Wing Ding v2

The Wing Ding v2 takes swinging grip training to the next level with a versatile design that makes it quick and easy to swap between different handles and holds. Each Wing Ding v2 includes removable cliffhangers and a 10" long steel handlebar, while pre-installed T-Nuts allow you to add additional cliffhangers or rock holds and create your own configurations.

The embedded polymer bearing provides smooth, controlled swinging action for dynamic transfers. The swing arm length can be adjusted to change the reach and challenge, while the lower assembly rotates 90° to create different starting orientations.

The Wing Ding v2 is available in black with your choice of cliffhanger color. Choose from 1.25", 1.5", or 2" cliffhanger depths.
