Inspired by the iconic shape of an archer’s bow, The Bow features a curved design with a special delivery slot in the center. Each end of The Bow connects to a central bearing using adjustable straps and quick links, allowing you to customize the starting angle by lengthening or shortening the straps.
The Bow offers endless ways to challenge your grip strength, creativity, and adaptability. Athletes can grab onto the curved ends, reach for the central delivery slot, or even latch onto it with hooks, bats, axes, and other handheld obstacles for a dynamic and varied training experience.
The Bow includes four 24" nylon straps and two quick links. Locking collars are sold separately.
