The Staple by BarnBuilt is a compact, rotating grip element designed to deliver fast, technical movement in a minimal footprint.

Built from durable pipe in a smaller U-shaped design than a traditional Rest Bar, the Staple mounts directly into your rig using two bearing clamps, allowing the entire element to rotate freely during use. This creates a dynamic “rolling rung” effect similar to rotating monkey bars, forcing athletes to constantly adapt grip, timing, and body positioning as the obstacle moves beneath them.

Athletes must engage quickly and maintain control while the Staple rotates under load, making every transition a test of coordination, rhythm, and grip endurance. Its compact size allows for tight spacing and creative sequencing, making it an ideal addition to technical sections, transition zones, or high-intensity grip lines.
