Train like a ninja right at home with the Home Ninja System: Flying Bar. This 5-foot-long versatile system is designed for indoor ceiling mounting, making it perfect for honing your flying bar skills, timing, and grip strength without needing a full gym. Extend your course with additional systems to create longer, more exciting runs.
Each system comes complete with everything you need to start flying: 2 ceiling-mounted panels, four flying bar cradles to hold the bar securely, one flying bar, two multi-use peg board panels, a pair of pegs, and all the hardware required for installation. Mix and match the different Home Ninja Systems to build courses up to 20 feet or more, with endless possibilities!

- (1) 3ft Flying bar
- (1) Pair of 8" pegs
- Required mounting hardware
Each Flying Bar assembly requires roughly 60" x 84" of clear ceiling space.
