The Bridge option is designed for traditional unstable traverses. Strap holes are positioned further in, creating a tighter hang point that lets athletes grab the outer edges comfortably, just like a standard hanging unstable bridge. The result is controlled side-to-side movement with reliable hand placement.

The Swing option is built for dynamic movement and cleaner footwork. Strap holes are placed further out, keeping attachments clear of the walking surface so athletes can move freely across it. This version includes an adjustable daisy chain strap, allowing height changes in 1-foot increments to scale difficulty and range of motion.

Both options are constructed from durable HDPE, built to handle repeated use in busy training environments while maintaining consistent performance.
