Shaped like an open quick link, this versatile ninja obstacle features strap holes on the side and top, allowing it to be used as a handheld grip, a hanging obstacle suspended by straps, or connected with other Big Links to create a chain. Grab it one-handed from the bottom or use a two-handed grip on the sides to tackle the obstacle your way.

In handheld mode, the 2" opening lets athletes hook the Big Link onto rings, pipes, skyhooks, and other Big Links for creative grip combinations. In hanging setups, suspend the Big Link by a strap and use rings or other Big Links to hook into the opening for a precision-based inverse move.
