Hanging from ledges is essential to building grip strength for ninja based fitness. The 12" Cliff Ledge by Monstro Holds is designed with a dual texture, perfect for challenging multiple skill levels. One side offers a gritty, super grippy texture for beginners. Since we mold ours direct from solid oak, the other side has less grip with the soft texture of wood for advanced ninjas to continue their strength training. Can be mounted almost anywhere using 2.5"-3" wood screws.
