The Vortex by Addy Herman is designed to push balance and grip strength to the limit. Featuring pillow block bearings and two cliffhangers on the narrow ends of its diamond shape, this obstacle is typically mounted on a J Pipe and tethered back to the cross pipe using its four strap holes. This setup creates a swinging, unstable bridge effect, ideal for dismount zones or crux points in your course where difficulty ramps up. Alternatively, mount the Vortex on a cross pipe to spin freely for a more advanced, spinning unstable bridge experience. For a lesser challenge, mount it just by the straps. J Pipes and Nylon Straps sold separately.
