The Top Hat keeps things simple with one small ledge and a big challenge. Designed for dynamic grip training, this obstacle puts athletes' strength and lache technique to the test as they reach for the 1" ledge. The 5" tall sides leave no room to grab over the top, so the only way through is to commit to the catch and hold on.
Measuring 11" in diameter, the Top Hat gives athletes a focused target for building grip strength and body control. An integrated D-ring makes it easy to hang with a Nylon Strap and Quick Link, sold separately.
