Toe Hook

The Toe Hook is a unique ninja obstacle designed to challenge your grip, core control, and balance all at once. Its unstable nature forces athletes to engage multiple muscle groups while carefully navigating from underneath.

This obstacle mounts with an embedded polymer bearing compatible with both 1.25" ID (1.66" OD) and 1.5" ID (1.90" OD) pipe. Four included 4-foot straps allow you to tie it back to your rig to limit swing, adding a bit more control depending on your course design. The Toe Hook is available in black with cliffs in the color of your choice.

Athletes begin by grabbing the 2" cliffhanger from underneath while hooking their toes onto the 12" Limiter for support. As they reach upward to the top of the obstacle, they must release their foothold, instantly destabilizing the obstacle and turning it into a true test of upper body strength and body control.
