What can make a 6″ grip more dynamic? Put a peg in it!
The Peg Ball takes a standard 6" training ball and adds a twist by allowing you to insert a 1-1/4″ peg into it. Place multiple Peg Balls in a grip route for a unique training experience and dynamic upper body workout. Not compatible with our wooden pegs, only compatible with our Poly Pegs (sold separately).
