The Monstro Flare will put your pinch grip to the test! With a half inch top end tapered down to 2 inches, attempting underhanded grabs will stress your hands and build strength like no other. Unlike a typical 2x4 pinch, the tapered shape adds a bit of stability when attempting this type of grab. The Flare can be used from the bottom or the side, depending on what grip you are trying to work on.
