The Swinging Door is a vertically mounted ninja obstacle designed to test coordination, control, and timing. Measuring 72" tall by 23" wide, it hangs from two pillow block bearings that allow it to swing smoothly along a mounted pipe.

Athletes engage the obstacle by gripping the overhead grab bar while placing their feet on the cliffhanger edge near the bottom. Once on, they’ll use their momentum to swing the entire door forward until the built-in stopper pipe makes contact with a rig-mounted stopper, signaling the end of the movement. It's a full-body challenge that requires balance, grip strength, and dynamic movement.
