Designed for the dynamic movement of Salmon Ladder training, the Salmon Ladder Bar gives athletes a lightweight, durable bar for explosive jumps and controlled catches. Available in two sizes, the Kids Bar and Adult Bar provide options for different athletes and training setups.
These Sch40 aluminum bars are available in two sizes. The lighter Kids Bar is 4' in length with a 3/4" diameter, while the Adult Bar is 5' in length with a 1" diameter. Both bars have rubber caps on each end to help protect equipment and reduce noise during training.
The 5' Adult Bar is compatible with all DGS Ninja Salmon Ladders. The 4' Kids Bar is not compatible with the DGS Wooden Salmon Ladder because its uprights are spaced 4' apart.
