It is important to us at DGS Gymsupply.com that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If however, you find any problems with your order it is important that you contact us and are issued a Return Authorization Number (RMA#) by our customer service team.
Return Window
Returns or exchanges must be completed within 30 days of receipt of your order.
Orders not returned within 30 days are NOT eligible for return.
Return Conditions
Items that are returned to us without an accompanying RMA# will not be accepted.
All returned orders at any time will be subject to a 1% restocking fee.
Items that have been washed, worn, or damaged in any way cannot be returned or exchanged. All items must be returned in their original individual packaging, along with any tags, printed materials, labels and accessories. Software, DVDs, and CDs must be unopened and in its original packaging. Sale, demo, clearance, and swirl color items, due to their limited nature, are sold as-is and are not eligible for return.
The customer is responsible for shipping charges and insurance. C.O.D. will be refused. It is recommended that you use a shipper that provides shipment tracking, like UPS or Priority Mail, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments. Make sure to include a return address and enough postage on your package, or it will be sent back to you.
If you do not have the enclosed return shipping label, please contact us, and we will issue a RMA# and provide instructions.
Exchanges
For international customers making an exchange, please enclose $20.00 USD for return shipment. If you would like to know current shipping charges, please contact us.
Return Credit
You do not need to enclose any money if returning for a credit. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for your return refund to appear on your credit card statement. If your initial payment method was through ACH, kindly note that we can only process refunds in the form of website store credit. For alternative refund methods, please contact us.
