The One by 111 Obstacles delivers a familiar shape with a completely different feel. Its upside-down design introduces constant movement that challenges timing, grip, and body control. The One is equipped with either an embedded polymer bearing or a pillow block bearing for smoother swings. It includes one 15" peg that can be placed in any of the four holes along the stem to vary setups and difficulty. Catch the lip using rings, Lobster Claws, or the Rodeo Rope, or approach it like a traditional swinging obstacle for endless course creativity.

For better stability on cross pipes, we recommend installing two Locking Collars on either side of the Embedded Polymer Bearing. Pillow Block Bearings are intended for indoor-use only.
