This 29" disk features two handhold cutouts and a mounted pipe on the back, allowing it to spin freely when paired with the included Spin 'N Fly's pillow block bearing. Athletes must grip the sides of the Padlock, rotate it 180 degrees, and transition to the handholds at the bottom—putting their upper body endurance to the test. Whether you're training for precision or power, the Padlock adds a dynamic and engaging element to any ninja course. The Padlock disk is available in the color of your choice. The included Spin N Fly is available in black only.
