The Omega Ring by 111 Obstacles puts a fresh spin on classic ring-based movement with a design built for control, reach, and creative transitions. Built around a 10.5" OD / 9" ID ring, it features two angled 9" handles that extend outward, giving athletes multiple grip options and a more dynamic way to approach catches and swings.
The angled handles encourage precise hand placement and strong body positioning while allowing for powerful two hand grips or quick transitions when linking obstacles like skyhooks, peg graspers, or other catching elements. Use it as a handheld implement or hang it with a nylon strap (sold separately) to unlock even more movement possibilities. The Omega Ring is an excellent choice for courses that reward creativity, flow, and confident control.
