Introducing the Ledge Ball by Monstro Holds!
We take a standard 6 inch training ball and place a 1.5 inch ledge on one side to add a whole new way to traverse a hanging route. Place multiple Ledge Balls in a grip route for a unique training experience and dynamic upper body workout. Grab one side with a full handed grip and the other with your finger tips and do pull-ups in new ways. Training your upper body has never been more dynamic!
