The Hooked Cone Grip Trainer v2 is great for anyone, beginner to advanced, to build grip strength. The coned shape is versatile for most hand sizes allowing you to move down the cone as your strength increases. We've taken our popular cone design and added an additional taper which no only streamlines the design, but adds just that extra bit of grip surface to avoid putting a finger over the edge.
