Product Details
The Hiccup by Addy Herman is designed to challenge your left/right hand coordination and timing. Each side features staggered handles: left high, right low on one side, and the opposite when flipped. Mounted on pillow block bearings, the Hiccup swings smoothly and encourages athletes to throw and flip it mid-air, then switch hand positions to catch the new handle orientation.
Looking for an added challenge? Skip the handles and go for the interchangeable cliffhangers. One end has semi-spherical cliffhangers, while the other features either round cliffhangers or white Monstro Semispheres for a more challenging grip option. Cliffhanger attachments are available in white and removable with a 5/16” hex key.
