The Garage Door by BarnBuilt is a dynamic oversized obstacle designed to bring strength, timing, and controlled movement into any ninja course. When used as a standalone setup, the Garage Door can be rigged lower as a weighted push-through challenge. Athletes must drive the heavy panel through resistance using strength and body control, making it a demanding test of power and coordination.

When paired with the Wagon Wheel and a tether system, the Garage Door transforms into a fully interactive pulley-style obstacle. Athletes spin the wheel to raise the door through its vertical guide tracks, creating a smooth mechanical lift that builds momentum and engagement throughout the movement.

At its highest point, the door locks securely into place, creating a safe opening for athletes to pass underneath before continuing through the course. This locked “peak position” acts as a natural transition point while maintaining flow and structure in the run.
