The DEMO Shelf Grab mounts vertically onto the included 6-foot pipe (scaffolding clamps sold separately), creating a fixed challenge that’s perfect for cliffhanger-style movements. This semispherical obstacle features an 18mm deep lip along the curved edge, giving athletes just enough space to latch on and hang tight. Whether used solo or as part of a larger grip sequence, this obstacle offers a clean, consistent training tool for athletes at any level. The DEMO Shelf Grab includes a 6ft long 1.25" ID (1.66" OD) pipe and is available in blue only.
