Rookie Course: Step & Swing
Start by testing your balance on the Full Throttle obstacles. These dynamic platforms close when stepped on, requiring quick footwork to maintain stability. Next, transition onto the Floating Plank, a 7-foot-long suspended platform that challenges core strength and control. From there, reach for the Lumberjack Doors—thin vertical planks that demand a strong grip as you navigate through.
Exiting the Lumberjack Doors leads to the Turn Around, where you’ll step across three Step by Step vinyl squares (14” each) to reset your direction for the next challenge.
The second half of the course begins with two Fidget Spinner obstacles. Rotate and maneuver them carefully to stay balanced before launching into the Hanging Trapeze. Swing between these two bars using momentum and upper body strength to reach the final platform.
Switch up the order or swap obstacles to keep your training fresh and challenging!
