The Vampire Bat

This item is made to order. Additional lead times apply.

The Vampire Bat is a new obstacle designed by Kevin Brekke "The Ninjaneer" and manufactured here at our DGS Ninja facility. The Vampire Bat is a unique multi-use obstacle that can present a number of unique challenges depending on how it is setup.

When the weight is in the middle position, the Bat starts in the upright position. The athlete would transfer to the bat, grabbing the special delivery slot at the top, or the sides of the head. Once on the Vampire Bat, the athlete would need to transfer out to one of the slots on the wings, drop down and then be able to lache to the next obstacle without being blocked by the bat's "tail"

The Vampire Bat also has peg holes to use for that tricky weight transfer if desired. Only allowing the competitor to touch the pegs creates a very challenging variation.

When the weight is positioned in either the left or right locations, the Bat will start in a sideways orientation, putting the special delivery slots at the top, bottom or one side.

We recommend mounting using our J Pipe for maximum versatility and obstacle options, but the Vampire Bat can also be mounted on any regular crosspipe that is the correct size.
