A Cradles

The A Cradles by Addy Herman, designed in collaboration with BarnBuilt, bring a fresh twist to fly bar training. Shaped like the letter “A,” each cradle features three distinct resting points that challenge athletes to stay controlled and precise. The top of the A curves inward to catch the bar securely, while the lower arms curve outward to create unique lache targets. Athletes can flow from one side of the A, up to the peak, and down to the opposite side for a dynamic sequence that tests accuracy and timing.

The A Cradles feature a 10" square steel tube on the back that include two scaffolding clamps for secure and easy mounting. This allows the cradles to be rotated into different orientations, allowing for even more unique and creative course setups. With multiple catch zones and a unique layout, these cradles keep athletes pushing their limits and on their A-game.
